You will work at Lynk & Co, a new mobility lifestyle brand that was launched in 2015. It is part of the Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, the owner of Volvo Cars. Lynk & Co focuses on offering mobility for consumers and companies. Lynk & Co sold 140,000 cars on the Chinese market. This makes it the world's fastest growing car brand. The head office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be in close contact with colleagues from this location to take customer service to the highest level. In April 2020, the company opened its European Engagement Centre in Maastricht. As a customer care agent, you will help the company conquer the European market. 

Working hours
In this part-time position you will work 8 to 20 hours per week. You work in 4-hour-shifts between 03.00 pm to 07.00 pm or between 05.00 pm to 09.00 pm.

Lynk & Co is looking for customer service agents that can help them expand the Europe mobility market. With your excellent communication and administrative skills, you will be the face of this innovative brand. For Lynk & Co this is all about thinking out of the box and creating wow-experiences. Yes, read that again, a personal approach is key, so no robots wanted. In the role of customer service agent, you will be in constant contact with Lynk & Co customers. Most of the communication takes place via chat, social media and e-mail. Computer skills, empathy and a customer-friendly attitude are essential in this job! Your work day will be made up of the following activities: You will be working for the Sales office, Backoffice or Technical service department. You will provide administrative support to the sales and Backoffice advisors or the technical service advisors.

Functie-eisen
  • Able to work and think at at least HBO or Higher Vocational Education level

  • Availability of at least 8 hours per week 
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 in the near future
  • Ping pong skills are appreciated but not mandatory

Living near Maastricht, Sittard or Heerlen is a plus but it is not mandatory! This is will save you travel time.
